Balanced Wellbeing was founded in 2016 by Dr. Desh, a triple board-certified psychiatrist who has received numerous awards and has extensive training in psychotherapy. He has developed practices grounded in both evidence and experience that enhance patient care, improve outcomes, and positively impact quality measures and star ratings. As of 2026, Balanced Wellbeing is the largest provider of psychiatric and psychological care in Florida. The organization has expanded its services to Georgia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina & Texas. In collaboration with Senior Care Therapy, Pelorus Elder & Behavioral Health, and NYNJ Psychiatric Associates, Balanced Wellbeing now offers services in Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont... with more states to come!
